How can I help?
Leadership training packages bespoke to the school or setting. A typical package would include five half days’ group training for the leadership team, five face to face coaching sessions for individuals, and a school improvement focus for each participant.
The package will be agreed in collaboration with the commissioning executive leader, and can be delivered across schools (e.g. within a trust), or within one school, and will be tailored to support your strategic vision..
Do you need this?
Ideal for a large school or a group of schools/ MAT which would benefit from improved performance and collaborative leadership practice. Excellent, cohesive leadership will have the greatest impact on your pupils, staff and community of any intervention.
It will suit schools with a team of leaders new to role, and can complement professional qualifications.
