How can I help?
As heads we find ourselves in the most challenging and unbelievable situations, but are not at liberty to speak to anyone about the difficulties we face. Professional supervision with an experienced head enables us to untangle the threads and find perspective, to assess risk and take action.
Mentoring and coaching for aspiring, new to role and experienced heads provides confidential space and expert guidance to reflect on professional practice, plan strategically and unpick challenges. My offer to heads is tailored to the needs of the individual and school.
