Great leaders need be able to think clearly, lead with compassion and keep ourselves operating at our best. Coaching and strategic conversation offers the most impactful CPD for leaders, improving performance and outcomes for individuals and organisations. As an ex-head teacher, I have a deep understanding of strategic school improvement and the challenges faced by senior leaders.
